  • Support delivery of resident engagement strategies and help ensure statutory requirements and best practice are met

  • Coordinate and maintain building and resident safety data, supporting Building Safety Case information and statutory reporting for HRBs

  • Assist with the development, completion and review of RPEEPs for vulnerable residents, coordinating Person-Centred Fire Risk Assessments (where required)

  • Carry out property inspections linked to building safety (including fire safety, damp/mould and hazards under HHSRS) and ensure actions are documented and progressed

  • Respond to resident enquiries, requests for information and complaints, capturing learning to support continuous improvement

  • Promote fire and building safety awareness through meetings, campaigns and engagement activity

  • Support the monitoring of compliance information (e.g., lifts, firefighting equipment, secure information boxes, floor plans and external wall data) to ensure records remain accurate and up to date

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to identify practical solutions to building safety issues

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
